Summary

This function sets the OAuth JWT secrets for the given external security object. The number of inputted key-IDs and keys must be equal and non-empty. The inputted key-IDs should be unique.

Parameters
external-security-name Name of the external security object.
new-oauth-jwt-key-ids The new list of OAuth key-IDs.
new-oauth-jwt-secret-values The new list of OAuth keys.
